TRFC ARE CHAMPIONS OF THE LEAGUE!
Following a tight 13 points all draw, in their final league match this season, away to a spirited Aldridge side on Saturday 16 April, TRFC have returned to the top of Midlands 5 West (North) and are League Champions for 2010-2011. The Club have been promoted to League 4.

Stephen Moore Memorial Game

Many past and present players and members will have known and fondly remember Stephen 'Rhino' Moore
'Rhino' played many times for Tenbury and it is therefore befitting that a memorial game is to be held against Redditch RFC, for whom Stephen also played, at Palmers Meadow on Saturday 27 November 2010, kick off 14:15
Touch line support is very welcome and there will be an opportunity to try out the 'Rhinobench' erected by Stephen's family and friends, if the excitement of the game against a side two leagues above Tenbury, at present, becomes too much!
Spectators and players alike are welcome at Penlu after the game to continue the celebrations of Stephen's life and a raffle will be held in support of Cancer Research UK with the winning tickets drawn by Mrs Leslie Moore

Squad for the Friendly vs Ludlow on 27 December 2008
We remain committed to our Youth Section development and we are working to strenghthen our link with Tenbury High School with the intention of forming an U13 team in the near future. We are also hosting a Junior Tag Tournament at Penlu during the Autumn and this is to become an annual event. Watch this space for further news!
So, if you would like to play rugby with like-minded folk in a friendly and supportive atmosphere then why not get in touch, or better still come to training at Palmers Meadow any Wednesday evening, from 7:00pm until 8:30/9:00pm, starting in late July. We would be delighted to see you and we even have our own floodlights for when the evenings draw in!
If you would like to support the Club as a non-player, then why not become a VP? Not only will you be helping the club but in return you'll enjoy an annual slap up lunch at Penlu complete with generous libations from the Chairs' Cup. During the afternoon there will also be an opportunity to support our teams playing at Palmers Meadow, after which there could even be a hot pork roll waiting back at Penlu. Not to be missed!
If you are interested in getting involved but not perhaps as a playing member or VP, then volunteer membership may be for you. If you have a few hours to spare from time to time and you would like to help organise a variety of activities, then come and join us and be part of bulding a successful Club both on the pitch and in the local community, you will be very welcome!
